This 8 hour course is designed as a step forward from the Introduction to Tactical Carbine Course on the AR gas operated weapons platform. This course is for those who have experience with the AR platform, and wish to learn more. Students must have attended our Introduction to Tactical Carbine course, possess basic Military or Law enforcement training on the AR, or similar have a documentation of training from a recognized training organization.
The class will review the following:
- Malfunctions
- Emergency reloads
- Tactical reloads
- Shooting and moving
- Use of cover
- Unusual shooting positions
Equipment Requirements
- AR-Style gas operated weapon
- Tactical sling
- Three 20-round magazines
- Magazine pouch for spare magazines
- 300 Rounds of Ammunition
- Ear and Eye Protection
- Proper Range Attire
Cost
$150.00 total, a deposit of $75.00 (non-refundable) must be submitted prior to class date with the balance of $75.00 due on date of class. Class size is limited to 10 students. Seating is available on a first come, first come basis.
